Telling Grandma June a story
He'll be doing push-ups before we know it.
Kiefer's six week growth spurt is apparently still going -- he's chowing down about every two hours (except overnight, thank goodness -- he lasts 4-5 hours then.)
The past two months have flown by -- Kiefer and I have adjusted to holding down the fort while Brad is back to work. There is food once again in the refrigerator, dinner on the table (although not always before 8:00, and some nights we eat sandwiches), and the place has been vacuumed once or twice.
Kiefer is growing in leaps and bounds, and we guess we are hefting around about 12 pounds now. It's hard to believe he came home as this tiny pink curled up thing that barely opened his eyes, and now he is smiling and talking up a storm.
My parents were in town for a visit this weekend, and Kiefer had some particularly long stories to tell his grandpa. We visited the town of Paoli for lunch, and lounged on the cafe lawn and watched the canoeists paddle by. Hopefully that will be us next summer -- we have many more adventures ahead of us.
