In early November, my dad came for a visit and got to spend lots of quality time with Kiefer. Kiefer grew quite attached to him, and would even get upset when my dad tried to spend a minute in the bathroom. They spent lots of time outdoors enjoying the weather and our neighbor's prairie. It was great to see them bond, and I know Kiefer is excited to see both Grandma June and Grandpa Dave over Christmas (we'll be there for almost two weeks!)
Next week we are off to Pittsburgh to see Grandpa Jack and Grandma Melanie, and all of the Bates cousins. Wish us luck on our long drive!
The first three pictures were taken by my dad, and the last photo features Kiefer playing in his room, in a new adorable outfit from his Great Aunt Gigi and Uncle John.
