Halloween

We had an extended Halloween this year. A small party at our house a week prior, and then trick or treating (the boys' first time) at my parent's house.

At the party, Kiefer was a construction worker and Leo was a fifties greaser (sorry, forgot to take pictures of this.) For trick or treating, Leo was a monkey and Kiefer carried on the Tradition of the Clown. My grandmother made an incredible clown costume for me when I was his age, and since then both my sister Callie and brother Thad have also worn it. I hope Leo will wear it someday too!

Kiefer had more fun handing out candy to other kids than he did getting it himself.

Kiefer helped me design, clean, and carve a jack o lantern. He went for the traditional happy-faced pumpkin.
