Before global climate change started wreaking havoc on our summer Wisconsin sensibilities (which like to be at above 90 degrees in July), Kiefer squeezed in a dip with the neighbor. Now I never remember wearing this much clothing when I swam in as a kid, but whatever. I don't think I was quite this pasty either. As my mom will tell you, she wasn't big on sunscreen - she thought we were cutest when we were 'brown as berries.' And we were, but I'm trying to change my mindset for this little guy's sake.

Sadly, Lexy has since moved (and taken her swimming pool), but we hope to see her again soon, and also do some more swimming before its time to strap on the cross country skies!
