Instead of trick or treating, we decided to have a Halloween party. We had some great guests: Curious George, the Man with the Yellow Hat, a carrot and his farmer, Tinkerbell, Batterina, a skeleton, a pumpkin, Siegfried, Roy, and their white tigers, a giraffe, and Mary Poppins, to name a few.
My parents visited, and helped make the party a huge success. They helped cook, clean, and made our workshop look fabulous. The kids (and parents) enjoyed hayrack rides, leaf-jumping, cupcakes, and general running around. We're thinking this may be an annual event.
